What actually separates this from a cheap clean

There are two ways to clean upholstery and the difference is not the equipment.

The fast version treats every piece the same. Same solution, same wand, same amount of moisture, whatever the fabric is. It works acceptably on most W-coded fabric, which is most furniture, which is why anyone doing it gets away with it most of the time.

The other version starts by finding out what the fabric is and what the manufacturer says it will tolerate, and changes the approach accordingly. It is slower, it involves saying no occasionally, and it is the only version where an S-coded piece or a delicate custom fabric survives the experience.

The difference only shows up on the pieces that matter, which is exactly why it matters.

Sofa with all cushions removed and stood on end during cleaning

We only do Scottsdale, and only upholstery

Both of those are deliberate.

One city means we already know what to expect before arriving. A Silverleaf piece is likely custom with no tag on it. A McCormick Ranch sofa has probably been in the same room for twenty years and may well be an older fabric that will not take water. A Grayhawk sectional is doing all the work for a household with kids and a dog.

One trade means the equipment in the van is for this job rather than borrowed from the carpet work. Upholstery is not carpet cleaning with a smaller wand, and treating it that way is how fabric gets damaged.

What we will not do

The trade has a reputation in places and it is worth being specific about.

We will not quote one number and produce another at the door. The prices are published on this site, which means you can compare them to anybody else's before booking rather than after.

We will not tell you a piece can be saved when it cannot. If the fabric is worn through, if the nap has gone shiny where people sit, if a seam has opened or a cushion has collapsed, cleaning removes the dirt and leaves every one of those things exactly as they are. Saying so costs us the job.

And we will not clean an X-coded piece, or wet-clean an S-coded one, because the customer asks us to. Telling you your furniture cannot be cleaned the way you hoped is worth more than a sofa you cannot fix.

Questions

What happens when I ring?

You tell us the pieces, we give you the figure on that call, and you pick a time. There is no estimate visit and no walkthrough required before anything is priced.

What hours?

7am to 8pm, and same-day is often available if you ring early.

Do I need to move furniture?

No. We work around the piece rather than moving it, so nothing needs clearing out of the room beforehand.

Will the price change once you arrive?

No. What we quoted on the phone is what gets charged. If we get there and find the piece is not what was described, we tell you before starting rather than after.

What if a piece is not worth cleaning?

We say so. If the fabric is worn through or the problem is structural, cleaning removes the soil and leaves the actual issue untouched. That conversation belongs before you pay.

Are you the cheapest?

No, and we are not trying to be. The prices are published so you can compare them to anybody else's before you book, which is more useful than a claim about value.

What if my piece is not on the price list?

Call and we will quote it over the phone for free. You get a real number on that call and that is what you pay.

Card accepted?

Yes, with a receipt by email or text.
